Pulled Pot Roast
This is a recipe sent to us from one of our customers, Mr R Fitchie of Leyland. We hope you like it!
Ingredients
Method
Place the beef joint in slow cooker and add the stock and wine. Make sure the liquid just covers the meat. Add the onions. Cook for at least 8 hours in the slow cooker. When cooked, cut the ties to flatten the joint out and leave to rest while making gravy. Gently shred the beef using a couple of forks. Serve with Irish Champ potatoes (mash potatoes with butter, chopped spring onions, and crumbled cheese) and broccoli. Eat and enjoy!
